The Jefferson University Physician group wanted to better understand patient's access to providers and to also understand if providers were scheduled to capacity. The data needed to assess this resided in three different apps. The Jefferson BI team created a mashup and designed custom dimensions and filters for full visibility into the effectiveness of their scheduling processes and to ensure the physician group was maximizing its capacity to see patients. Physicians, administrators and clinical and operational leaders use this app to identify high and low performers and to isolate new best practices. Provisioning the proper Qlik security was also a critical piece of this initiative.
