IAS has undertaken a significant journey of pursuing a data-driven culture. In an industry that has been historically data-rich but information-poor, IAS wanted to drive more informed decision-making, increase operational efficiency, improve customer retention and take better advantage of untapped market opportunities. In order to accomplish these goals, IAS selected Qlik as its BI platform partner and began its journey of creating a data-driven culture.
Within the first year, the insights gained from Qlik Sense led to increased expectations for the company and its employees. In turn, this has opened the company’s eyes to further data opportunities, including customer-facing apps and using Qlik's Associative Data Model with many external datasets. Now, as the company enters its second year with Qlik, expectations and projects are evolving to machine learning and artificial intelligence.
