Session Description

Lee Health's Process Analytics team brought new insights to Hospital Associated Infection data through multiple partnerships with the Lean Transformation Office, Epidemiology, and Hospital Operations. Lee Health will address how they realized reductions in CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAC penalties, introduced the Patient Impact metric in collaboration with Planning and Strategy, and improved their performance towards Certified Zero by using real-time data and storytelling. In addition, Lee Health will share how this initiative shaped their thoughts on application development and is driving their development roadmap.
